Adam is an experienced Researcher and Lecturer with an educational background from the University of Ghana, Legon where he had a PhD in Social Policy (2017-2021) and also an MA in Development Studies (2007-2008).

He also pursued a B.A in Political Science with study of Religions in (1997-2001). He later enrolled in G.I.M.P.A for a Monitoring and Evaluation Degree (2015). Yunus is currently a Lecturer at Lakeside University College, Accra and also a Lecturer at the Baraka Policy Institute from 2019 till date.
